Hand Dyed Yarn

Here’s my first try at hand-dyeing with Kool-Aid.
The yellow is Patons Classic Merino (base color Aran). I used 2 Mango and 2 Pine-pineapple. The red is Elann Peruvian Highland Wool (base color Mocha Cream). I used 4 black cherry, 2 cherry, 2 tropical punch and then spot poured 2 grape to get the darker shades.
I’m so proud of my first successful dye job that I’m showing everyone. :) I don’t plan to knit it up just yet. I just want to look at it for a while.
