Hope She Likes
17 July 2007 – 12:51 pmI really hope Amelia likes knitted clothes. I have amassed quite a few garments in my ravelry queue that I’d like to make for Amelia. Right now she’s too young to tell me whether she likes or doesn’t like an outfit, but hopefully whatever I do make will be to her satisfaction.
Speaking of knitted garments, I pulled out my knitted socks the other day when my feet were cold and wore them around the house. I have no idea what the yarn is (have since lost the ball bands and memory is horrible), but I swear, it’s like the socks get more comfy with each wear and wash. It’s pretty cool. Every time I wear them, I like them even more. But they are still a little bulky to wear with shoes. So I just wear them around the house. I have a feeling they will get a lot more wear this winter than last.
