One Strip Complete

I’ve completed one strip of my country afghan and I’ve started on the second. I am really enjoying working on this project. Just as I get bored with it, I have to change to a new color and my interest is renewed. It’s great fun. It will be a small blanket and depending on the final size, I may donate it to charity. I originally chose this blanket for that purpose, but after working on it, I really like how it’s turning out. But it may be a little too small for my liking. I know I can always wash it a couple times to soften it up, then save it for a baby blanket, but I haven’t yet decided. I think I will wait till it’s done and then decide what I’m going to do with it. I just know, that I really enjoy working on it. I may have to modify the pattern to make a larger one if I like the end result.
